Argula's best recipe
Since my husband made so many argula in our garden, I cooked it like spinach.
In Japan, we boil spinach and mix with mirin cooking wine, sesame, and soy source to keep in the refrigerator.
I checked the nutrition of argula. It has a lot of vitamin such as vitamin A, K, C.
Plus, It has calcium, and protein.
This is a member of cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, kale, and cabbage.
It is a very good information to know for our health.
This boiled argula is so delicious too with soy source, sesame, and mirin cooking wine.
